At Canadian Academy of Alternative Asian Medicine, we offer a convenient direct billing service with the majority of major insurance providers to streamline your administrative processes and reduce financial burdens. In the event that an insurance claim processed by our facility is unsuccessful (e.g., declined, maxed out, unable to process), you will be required to settle the entire treatment cost upfront.

For those with insurance coverage from companies not included in our direct billing list, it is necessary to make upfront payment for the treatment. Subsequently, you can submit the payment receipt to your insurance provider for reimbursement.

Kindly be advised that Canadian Academy of Alternative Asian Medicine cannot generate Insurance Receipts in cases where a gift card is utilized for treatment redemption. Issuing inaccurate receipts, altering documentation, or modifying the recipient’s name on the receipt is against our policy. It’s important to note that our institution does not dictate the policies set forth by the college or insurance companies.
